THE SPACE
Less than a mile from your doorstep, you'll find yourself at the breathtaking beach access of Lake Travis. Pack a couple of chairs and some floats, and let the crystal-clear waters wash your worries away. Enjoy a day on the water, basking in the sun and the serenity of the lake. For a more adventurous day, consider renting a boat from the local marina and set sail for unforgettable memories.

The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials, including a full spice rack and a coffee bar. Preparing meals is a breeze, and you'll have everything you need to dine in style.
BEDROOMS
Our home is designed for comfort and relaxation. You'll find memory foam mattresses and cozy linens in every room. Choose from two rooms with king beds or our bunk room, which has two twin beds below and one double bed on top. Sleep well and wake up refreshed.
Enjoy the use of our golf cart, included with your stay, to get around the peninsula of Point Venture. Golf carting is an easy way to get to the golf course, gym, marina, restaurant, park and beach!

The 50-acre park is surrounded by Lake Travis on both sides, with picnic areas that never get too crowded. It's a haven for kids with swings, a merry-go-round, a playscape, and a small play house.
Point Venture Marina includes Captain Pete’s floating restaurant and bar. Open 7 days a week for dinner. Park your car (or golf cart) and just walk out on the marina, or come by boat and pull up to the marina. If you love seafood, burgers, tacos footings, and drinks, then you’re going to love their menus.

Lauren was very accommodating and quick to response. We had a great time and the private beach to the lake was amazing. The inside of the house was clean and spacious and comfortable.

Wow, this place was stunning! My friends and I had an amazing time and thanks to Lauren and Joseph’s responsiveness, we were able to easily make ourselves at home. They were so responsive and helpful, it was amazing!! We did not use the private beach, so I cannot comment on that, but i’m sure it was stunning as well

Nicely appointed home in a neighborhood of outdoor amenities. Loved being a golf cart ride away from Point Venture park. Paddle boarded there at sunset, doesn’t get any better than that. Golf cart and paddle board included in property rental! Also enjoyed coffee in the morning on the deck with hill country views. Lauren was very helpful and responsive with communication. Highly recommend this lovely property.
